PAPARAZZI AFRICA handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. You can return the product(s) purchased at PAPARAZZI AFRICA within 7 days of receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of system’s confirmed receipt). All returns must include the original receipt. Item must be presented in its original condition with all packaging intact and must not have been washed. The shipping fees and the returned products’ related costs shall be handled by customers except for faulty items on arrival. All refunds are in the form of PAPARAZZI AFRICA store credits or cash up to your choice. Cash will be refunded to your original account of your payment. Credits will be credited to your customer account (Please refer to the Returns Credit Policy below). Products will be exchanged or refunded after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 weeks.
